Today I picked up my 6th framing project and this location does not disappoint ! I had one of a triptych that had an issue with the glass and they said to bring it back, we’ll make it right!

We had my daughter’s 7th bday party there today and I cannot say enough kind things about the staff. The manager went above and beyond to make sure she had a great party. And his team members were just as thoughtful. This is definitely a hidden gem.

Drifting snow had not been shoveled away from the front door, making it difficult to enter and exit. Floor in the store had not been swept and was full of grit and stones that kept catching on the Carts wheels. Staff was sparse but pleasant and helpful. The store needs better upkeep and maintenance.

Ugh... so easy to get lost here... usually lose a few Dineros, too. I was on a mission, so pics only relayed to that. I will say, for customer service, it's kinda so-so. No greeters. (REI spoiled me today with their CS.) I was in there about 30 minutes no one spoke to me. Unless it was a "secret shpper", I spend a long time looking at things. The cashier was ok, not rude, eh, perfect for those who like minimal interaction. I have days like that, too. I miss JoAnns!!
